una valutazione scientifica dice che vale per il 20% della prestazione, e' valida fino ad un certo punto.

"How you practice" matters more than "how much you practice" (oltre una certa soglia).

to practice using the same strategy, give diminishing returns; change strategy.

Instead of focusing on practicing a single skill, eclecticize your forms of practice.

Don't write to remember: write to think. Make more of an effort to think about what needs to be written than to write as much as possible

If it's hard to learn something, get creative in your approach to learning it.

  • estremizzando: siamo cosi' pieni di pregiudizl che ogni nostro giudizio ne e' influenzato

  • l'intuizione e' realmente corretta

Risultato:

l'esperienza sempre produce confidenza

l'esperienza non sempre produce competenza

ma sono necessarie certe condizioni:

1) l'ambiente cui si riferisce l'intuizione deve essere stabile nel senso a certi indizi seguono gli stessi eventi

2) avere l'opportunita' di imparare. Es se tra le cause e gli effetti trascorre molto tempo, o non si ha la possibilita' di vederli, diventa difficile imparare queste correlazinoni, riconoscere gli indizi.
